Mummy, it's YOUR day!

11 May. It has got to be Mum's favourite day in the calendar. Before I start, here's my greetings to all Mummies on earth - HAPPY MOTHERS' DAY

Anyway, I must have nettled mum a lot this week cuz I've been blabbering the Happy Mother's Day phrase from my mouth since the beginning of the week. Remembered a conversation I had with Mum on the way to the car park just a few days back. My first words were of course the ones I've been repeating on the above few sentences. Mum retorted and said,"Stop wishing me Happy Mothers' Day endlessly. You need me to celebrate a Brother's Day or Sister's Day for you?"

That would be immeasurably cool. I would definitely come up with such a day if I were to write the calendar.

Started yesterday's and today's morning with some light reading. Nothing much, was some medical journals blah. It doesn't stir much interest in me but these books are very informative. Who knows you would be diagnosed with Cancer or tubercuolosis (touchwood, touchmetal, touchplastic) the next minute but you're not sure there is actually treatment that can remedy your ailment? Ditched my medical journals after an hour or so and indulged in 2 anime episodes before leaving the house with my sis to go comb the malls for mother's day gift.

As mentioned earlier, I had an appointment with my hairdresser in the noon but I was told she was on sick leave. And yes, the arrangement was deferred to some time this week? Of all times, she applied for leave yesterday. Just my luck. Decided to stop at Gelare for desert with sis and cousin before going to scour other malls in the evening yesterday. And guess what, I saw Mr Tan over there at Gelare. What a big world.

Feel like doing a bit of reading now. So, I should stop here. The mother's day gift shall remain a secret. I would not spoil the surprise when she hasn't even seen the present herself. Hah, who in the planet knows she might be shrewd enough to check on my blog address to see if there is any clue to what she's gonna receive?

Byes. And yes, I got Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows. He looks so unkempt and his face so mature in the pictorial drawing.
