Snooze, snooze and lets snooze

Howdy, and I'm back from red cross camp. Camp was great. Okay, so lets cut short this. I'm feeling all fagged out but it seems there are a lot of things for me to do. On the other hand, there actually isn't anything on earth that would divert my focus to anywhere else. I have got a choco cereal energy bar in the fridge and i'll have it as part of my breakfast tomorrow morning.

I ain't bored or tired. I just want to do something.

Time to get cracking. Lets find something for me to do.

Left High And Dry

Back to school today to discuss some serious dealings about the september holidays activities with the usual 4 people. 5 in all. Now that I see everything's getting down to serious business. Do pardon me for this short post cuz I'm really feeling all sore now. Next week seems to be packed. Decided to attend RedCross camp, you see. I don't wanna give it a miss again. And I sure am not in the right frame of mind these days to even give a thought to what people are saying. I guess this is the brain's way of conveying to me the message that I'm indeed too fray. One final remainder to all : My cell will not be in usage in the afternoon. Mornings and nights are the best time to contact me.

Stop acting like you care about me. Stop acting like you want to know something about me. You don't know nothing. You don't care.

Some things make you wonder.

Better Than Ever

Howdy mankinds. Now, I'm back for 4 times.

There ain't nothing much to do these days. Just the usual. So met up with Amelia and Melissa in the noon at Hougang Mall where they bought some cd albums. Chilled in the library afterwards. After which, we left for Heartland Mall to rent some dvds and vcds. Came to realise that the VideoEzy outlet was no longer at its old premises. I guess they have either shifted and relocated some place else or simply just folded. But still got to loan some dvds and vcds from another shop near the former VideoEzy site which is like just two shops away. Well, the rates are cheaper than what you get if you rent from VideoEzy. Anyway, the selection of movies was kinda wide too. O, and the shop looked ramshackle from the exterior. I guess I'll just ignore that.

And I got the vcd for Final Destination and dvd for CSI : Grave Danger. In actual fact, i had only in mind to get The History Boys. But what crap, the shop tender says all the copies for THE HISTORY BOYS have been rented out. such luck. And initially i wanted to get the dvd for final destination but the movie (on dvd) too, has been all on loaned. My cousins wanted me to help them rent Just Follow Law but you see, the same thing happens : no more stock.

This kind of sums of my day... yea. I gotta go do some reading before proceeding to watch the movies. =D

All To You, Ocean's

Howdie to today.

Day was the usual. Needless to say, I did the rote things again. Started out with a lil' bit of reading, then watched a bit Ocean's Eleven before lunch time. After that was again some local news and skived for a short while before going on to Ocean's Twelve. Ocean's Eleven has got all the elements but not Ocean's Twelve. Anyway, the duration of watching Ocean's Twelve was much more longer than Eleven. Basically, the problem this time lies in me not being able to catch on to their plot. Surfed the net on the movie reviews on Ocean's Twelve. Now, the idea's all cemented into me. Who wouldn't after reading the whole plot? ( I kept hitting the 'Playback' button on the remote even after watching Ocean's Twelve so as to better get a picture of what they're talking about ) But I really do think Ocean's Thirteen, which is out today, will appeal more to me as much as Ocean's Eleven does. Seems like Ocean's Thirteen is the final part of this trilogy.

O, and next time should I buy movies again, I would most likely choose dvds over vcds cuz they have subtitles. Haha. I'm not accustomed to AngMoh's slang but still I'm glad I still managed to make out what they're talking about. But I sure am ski-ing on thin ice cuz sometimes I have to press the PLAYBACK button numerous times to catch their conversations. Pathetic, I know.

Now now, I have a phobia of hearing my mobile beeps. Even when my house line sounds, it seems like I'm always hoping and hoping that caller isn't asking for me. After all, I dread the prospect of troubles finding their way to me. I don't know why but I really hope that no one calls telling me about the cropping of stuff and all. But I know I sure can't return to my old ways of avoiding phone calls. Now, that was like 2 years back. Hahaha. I actually switched off my mobile for 1 entire month. How I'd survived that, I have no idea.

So in the evening, zhiyong and guys rang me up to join sherman and buds for an evening of fun. Wanted to but declined the offer cuz I've already eaten and bathed. Next time I guess. I sure hope there is a Next Time. =D Late evening saw me engaging in some reading of Vixen 03.

Then, on this note, I should say byes.

Ocean's Thirteen - Revenge Is A Funny Thing

Howdie.

Amazing, Ocean's Thirteen's out tomorrow and I have just gotten the movie set for Ocean's Eleven and Twelve. Anyway, I was in a bind over which movie to choose from yesterday. To begin with, yesterday started out with routine stuff. It is kind of an endemic stuff when you wake up, do a wash-up and all. Well, then it was some reading and anime time. Took a little nap in the noon and awoke oven baked. Crap, for the past 2 days, I have been waking up to a pool of sweat all over my back. The sensation can sometimes get so yucky that it just jolt me out of my sleep. Hell. And yes, I thought I would be surrendering my hours left to reading, watching anime, sleeping and stuff. But I guess I got lucky. So I settled myself down to my sofa and picked up a particular mag. And guess what, that magazine actually jazzed up my day. It sure did the tricks cuz I chanced upon a movie review and immediately hit to the shopping malls to get some real good movies.

I read about THE HISTORY BOYS review in the movie column and decided to get that. But finally rested my decision on OCEAN'S double limited ed version since OCEAN'S THIRTEEN will be out in the cinemas tomorrow. And it is kind of a gangster-like show. That sort of show that makes you spew expletives while watching as if you're in an intense match. Heehee.

So at night watched a bit of SAVING PRIVATE RYAN, a world war II military show with my bro and sis. Bores me. Mainly because I don't understand what they are talking about and I was feeling too damn sluggish to scan through the chinese subs. I mean, the chinese subs are okay, but when they are talking about the weapons, they use alien chinese characters that i haven't come across before. Told my bro to leave the disc aside so i can watch the movie at my own pace. Anyway, watching the movie with no idea of what is going on, with just a veneer foundation, means I have to ask my bro questions about this and that. Sis was better cuz she had a little history knowledge which was taught during her lessons. So my bro knows which weapons are for what purposes and all. Cuz sis was doing the questioning on the weapons stuff. Bro was all the while saying that I would understand warfare and stuff when i reach sec 4. lol. I am jealous that guys are better in that they are equipped with such a knowledge. Some day, I hope to actually gain some knowledge on such stuff and maybe go into the saf line like my mum does.

Will be heading over to the library with amelia and alvin today. and to get amelia's present. grr. I guess that's about all. I 'm gonna watch OCEAN'S tonight!
