Here's out to everyone, Happy Halloween! It's a pity that Singapore doesn't widely throw a fete for this day. But to anyone who feels lonely not being able to celebrate this occasion, I'll say HI, YOU ARE NOT ALONE! For that being, I'm especially hyped up to join anyone to mark this special day. Oh hell, I'm talking as though Halloween's some extravangant affair. Anyway, here's a little dedication to all the little souls out there!

It's an original piece of stupendous art. And therefore, no infringement of copyright will be tolerated. P.S credits to TAN MAY CHIN!

Lets get chilling.

Howdy.

Today's the day, when my brother's gonna battle with his own wits. First paper starts today for A levels. All the best to him! And yes, I'm looking forward to him receiving his first pay packet for that would mean that he would be the one shelling out money for my zen stone plus. Okay, I'm not frigid towards his enlisting in NS just that I'd rather stay tactiturn in this issue and not gooey about it.

Anyway, I went over to Vivocity with my cousin yesterday to shop. Or window shop you call it. We were planning for our Christmas wish list for the Christmas exchange after which we would go out with sis and do the shopping spree together. My cousin kept saying how much he likes the Lonsdale boxer. Boxer just seems to be too funny to be given as a christmas present. Mainly because the boxer don't at all look nice to me. But never mind. I think my sis, bro and another cousin of mine would chip in to pay for a Lonsdale polo tee for him instead.

And guess what, I was inquiring with sis as to whether she had taken order for the prince of tennis 2008 calendar when she told me that she not only did just that but got for me my Anpanman one! Hahahah. This is so much better than striking a lottery. Cuz initially she had qualms about doing so as the calender is in B3 or B4 size and the prince of tennis one is already in A2 format(takes up hellava space). So she merely told me to find a good spot in the house to hang my Anpanman calendar. Hope the POT and anpanman calendar can be shipped from Japan soon. =D

Once again, do your best for the A levels my bro! ^^

I've finally affixed the Sir Duke song into my template. It's a jazz song so it won't be able to cater to most people. But still, I like it. =DDD

Went to school at around 12 odd today. There wasn't much things for me to lay my hands on so basically Melissa and me left the school compounds a little after 1pm. I thought the science briefing was something stimulating but turned out to be a short talk on the Yunnan trip the school's going on next year. So I spent 30 plus minutes in school before leaving with Melissa to Hougang Mall since she wanted to eat lunch.

2 more days before I welcome the holidays with open arms. Days of relishing in merrymaking! Everything seems to be giving off good vibes. Release of report books tomorrow. After which, I'll be steering my own days ahead. Whoosh. =DDD

But damn, Scrabble competition is up and coming in a few weeks' time. I really hate going for such compeitions and tournaments because this means having to face off with incensed competitors. They are such a turn-off because they make the mood dead intense and are damn intent on winning. Friendly or fierce competitons, they always seem to not want to let you slip past the grip of their fingers. In short, they are really good, but I just detest their bent-on-winning nature that is. Remember that there was once when a guy from some whatever school, I can't remember, actually did all the adding up of points for me. He just took a look at my tiles and counted real fast. That is a stupid obsession with Scrabbles. Seems like I might not be going for the practices because it bores the hell out of me. And therefore, I shall stay at home and do the Scrabble preparation on my own instead. HAHAHAHA. In fact, I wanna wash my hands clean off Scrabbles after this. Heck, I always tell myself not to go for such competitions which rob me of my time but always ended up going.

I betted on the wrong horse and ended up getting my goose cooked.

Went to pick out a new pair of spectacles today to replace the previous one which had lots of scratch marks all over. Anyway, it took my quite a long time to settle on a design that I want partly because there didn't seem to be any designs I have taken a fancy for.

So my brother has promised me a Zen Stone Plus as present this coming christmas! He's enlisting in NS in some 1+ month's time and I wouldn't be seeing him for around 3 months. So this serves as a present from his first payslip after he receives his salary.Anyway, this deducts another hundred off my holidays expenses which is expected to climb up to as high as $500. Haha. My brother is constantly telling me to mind my purse strings and not splurge on unneccessary items. All these advices have fallen on deaf ears however. I still can't properly manage my spending. Therefore, I'm drawing up a budget plan this holiday.

For a change, I'm gonna get a Lacoste tee for my bro as a present for the upcoming christmas and his birthday which falls on 2nd january. I'm gonna miss him badly. Really. And don't worry, I am setting aside some money for sis's present and maybe dad's, mum's and my cousins', aunt's or whoever there is.

I haven't felt like this in so many moons.

Today was Kbox session at Suntec with Amelia and Melissa. Had lunch over at Pasta Mania and placed an order for Tiramisu for my dessert. It's been ages since I last ate Tiramisu, guess it was some 2 years back with my brother. After which, we just batted around the mall before heading over to Kbox. One of the songs in my selection list was 'Last Christmas'. You may find this outrageous cuz Christmas is still some 2 months away. But I really like the song.

Hit the arcade at 5 odd to play a round of Daytona and went shooting balls with Melissa. I ain't a fiend with Daytona. I guess my luck was down cuz immediately after the game started, I found that the steering wheel was not in favour of being controlled. Which means I can only drive straight and ram into walls and get into a fender bender with cars. So Melissa offered to swop her machine with halfway through. It seems like the machine needs some proper maintenance. The machine simply wallows in money and don't allow any play. That kinds of sums of my day. Gotta take a nap now before I wake up and continue reading The Secret of the Temple.

The time's also ripe now for me to consider about the subjects combination, I guess. Most likely, I'll be taking History as elective. Maybe. Better think about this over the weekends before I file in the application form.

Cheat Attempt Foiled!

Yipee, exams fever is over! Anyway, the past 2.5 weeks had caused much delirium. Blood pressure rising and endless hours of study marathon. I guess with the highly anticipated holidays approaching, most of us will definitely be sidetracked from having to study or having to work our brains. During the past 2 plus weeks, I can tell you that my life revolves around only sleeping and studying. Nothing else. And now, being able to freely do whatever I want, I can say, is the best part of life.

Maths exam wasn't totally tough today. Hope I don't commit any careless mistakes or whatsoever. So I'm pinning much hopes on clinching A1s for most subs this term though I cannot confidently give an assurance because I still find some lapses in my papers. Art exam was most damnable. My cheating attempt was foiled. Actually, it's wasn't even a deliberate attempt to cheat. I did so unintentionally and actually brought the paper in with me to trace out the shoes outline. It just so happened that Mr Sharin came round to do some inspections and asked whether I'd had copied out the whole thing. I think I must have misinterpreted his instructions during art classes last time. He told me that I'm only to trace things out for preparation work. Then I asked around after the paper and some said Mr Sharin did mention that we could bring papers in to trace. But whatever the case, I still managed to finish my work within 1.5 hours. Yea, it was 30 minutes after the paper started that Mr Sharin discovered the fault in my work. Hehehe. I thought initially that there wouldn't be enough time on hand to complete the whole work on time. But thank god everything went on smoothly. Guess I would surely be deducted some marks off my work for presenting a work with no originality at first. Blah.

O, and lastly, here's credits to AngSiang for recommending this skin to me some weeks back! And with the exam period up and over, I would be going off to Orchard tonight with Sis! 7pm!

*NOTE : In times of crisis, you can reach me by travelling by the MRT station, alight at Somerset MRT and go comb around the area for me. HAHA!

Double Damn

Goddamn, just as I was about to go off to sleep, I was thinking about the consumer unit and got the answer to today's science question as to why some electrical appliance doesn't need the earth wire. It's the ELCB in the consumer unit! Shit, fancy coming up with the answer only now! No wonder I find myself wondering why the consumer unit thingy wasn't tested...

Off I go to sleep then. The prospect of losing marks to careless mistakes makes me cringe.

The Last Song

Raindrops keep fallin' on my head
And just like the guy whose feet are too big for his bed,
Nothin' seems to fit
Those raindrops are fallin' on my head, they keep fallin'

So, I just did me some talkin' to the sun
And I said I didn't like the way he got things done,
Sleepin' on the job
Those raindrops are fallin' on my head, they keep fallin'

But there's one thing I know
The blues they send to meet me won't defeat me
It won't be long 'til happiness steps up to greet me

Raindrops keep fallin' on my head
But that doesn't mean my eyes will soon be turnin' red
Cryin's not for me
'Cause I'm never gonna stop the rain by complainin'
Because I'm free
Nothin's worryin' me

(trumpet solo)

It won't be long 'til happiness steps up to greet me

Raindrops keep fallin' on my head
But that doesn't mean my eyes will soon be turnin' red
Cryin's not for me
'Cause I'm never gonna stop the rain by complainin'
Because I'm free
Nothin's worryin' me

A1ssssssssssssssssssssss

So today's offically the start of the exam period not counting the English paper. Hmm. Anyway, I fared 27 out of 40 for my maths test. Damn, disappointing. I'm tripling my efforts from now on. I plan to net scores of A1s for this exam if possible. That makes my goal for this term for all subs to be no less than an A1. Hahaha. I just thought tomorrow would be a good headstart. Really hope so. To make further headway and to generate more A1s, I'll go all out from now.

Gotta relax a lil' bit from my revision for a while before embarking on my workings for A1s road.
