Oh heck, we're reaching the cusp of a new year. Seeing now that 2008 is now staring pointblank at my face, lets take a look at the record of mighty things I've done this year. Don't gawk at my list really because hell, you bet, I'm just that great. Heh. Kiddin'! Well, time to unscroll the list then.

1. Firstly, I wanna underscore the fact that I've not turned more aggressive than ever as compared to my Sec 1 days when friends messed up my stuff. Especially my textbooks. I just hate the wrappings to come off so soon. The most I do is just give a grunt or a 'tsk' sound, enough to have people going down on their knees.(that's a lie) Yes, I'm that sickening, even to my bestest of my best friend / family /stranger /whoever you are, I would hold it entirely on you if you do my stuff wrong. Hahahah! Make me less fussy then, if you can. =DDD

Friends aside...

2. I successfully managed to coax Amelia into buying for me an unworthy keychain that cost her $6 when it deflates in a few months' time. In case you're wondering, it's a chips 'n' dale keychain. And one more thing to add, I didn't return her $1. ;p

Cheryl sometimes made me, Amelia or Melissa pay for her bus fare but she helped make good and offset the favour by treating me to a spaghetti meal. I won't forget. And how much does that cost? If I remember clearly, it is near the $5 mark. $4.90 if I'm not wrong. Thanks for your generosity. ^^

Melissa has been the one frequently loaning to me discs and stuff. A reliable good supplier if you ask me. Young tai-tai going through early grooming. All the best to her tai-tai future. And yes, Kelly, whom I shall not forget, buys us garlic bread and biscuits at times. Many thanks to her. Nice table-partner to have. =)

Thirdly, Channel 5 is now airing the NEW YEAR celebrations programme. Opening theme is the Hot stuff(lets dance) song by Craig David. It's sung by G.Singh. Speak of crooning a nice tune on the last day of the year. I do strongly recommend you guy s to buy Craig David's new album (Trust Me) released in November 12 this year. It's goddamn hot. He carries his voice so well. Able to get his audience blood pumping hard and fast.

With that, this year shall quietly yet loudly creep into its hole.

Happy New Year's Eve!

These are some pictures I've taken over Christmas. I know Christmas's officially over tonight, however, there's still the 12 days of Christmas remaining. So, enjoy. (=

Presenting,

my Creative Zen Stone PLUS!

Isn't it a head turner??? ^^ ;

Red wine flanked by two cocktails at the side!

Sis finally gets to pose in front of a neoprint machine after decades. No wonder her smile's the cheeriest! ROFL.

On a larger scale

My cousin, Sis, & me.

I won't be uploading the rest of the prints on large scale because Sis did not transfer them into my thumbdrive. And with time being so tight, I don't wanna spend time uploading the photos. My deepest of my innermost apologies.

December welcomes the Christmas chills.

I've been fervently awaiting for this month and day of the year to come. Christmas Eve, Ole! There are 3 special reasons on why this is a rewarding period of time. Cuz there's the old Christmas and New Year's celebrations coupled with my bro's birthday party which falls on 2 January. He just booked out of Army today - the second time he's done so since going into BMT. He's currently out now to get for me the promised gift he has pledged to buy for me after receiving his first paycheck. Whoosh, can't wait to check out Zen Stone Plus's functions. In return, sis, cousin and I got for my bro a Puma shirt. The material it's made in likens to that of a carpet material. Damn, and we are ordering a huge amount of food this year. I've this urge to grab a bite for everything but I can't stomach that much food. I just had 6 sticks of satay and 3 forkfuls of noodles and that's as far as I can go, because I'm reserving the vacuous space for tonight's real treat. But o, there are simply just uncountable amount of food for me to taste, which makes it even more so impossible for my appetite to hold. But I guess I'll pass the chances this time round, cuz there's still New Year queuing up for me to savour more fine food.

All that's left now is to wait for Sis to be done for her shopping and the birthday guy to come home. One highlight today is that we're gonna play sparklers! It's been mighty centuries since we did that. Aha, travelling back to childhood times tonight, tonight, tonight. Now, lift your butt up and lets play and party hard! Yea.

Merry Christmas!

Say Christmas just ain't Christmas without some human props around... that is, all of us's gotta be decked out in masks tonight.

A year has just come around. Another Christmas year.

Just came back home from P.Tekong for my brother's send-off. Truly feeling beat. There, we were given a mini tour about Army's activities, amenities, and a meal which allows you to taste the standard of dishes. Nothing fascinating. Long speeches took the centrestage of the day. 1 video presentation and a briefing talk. Food were aplenty, many variety I must admit but still nowhere compared to Hawker or Home-cooked ones. Saw the physical training station. Thought it was rather interesting but will snuff out your energy in a sweep. To backbreaking for me, it appears. There's this thing which is shaped like a pyramid and you have to climb up to the top on the rolling logs carrying your ammunition and stuff. Guess I will only last 2-3 logs before falling off to the ground and make a laughing stock out of myself. Then there's this live grenade throw session every NSmen can attend if they pass some weapons test or whatever. Quite cool. It's like holding some oval objects in your hands and you just needa flung it out and hide yourself behind some barriers and there, you just wiped clean your enemies. Such a smart invention. Really wanna try out grenade throw if I get the chance. I kept telling my brother to get in the Medic unit cuz it seems so... well, awesome and you feel good helping the injured and being part of a natural disaster relief team to aid the others of their suffering. He was trying to shake the idea off me though. But whichever unit you get into 3 months later, just do your best bro! =DD

I'll be leaving for Guangzhou tomorrow. So here's an early farewell.

Byes.

So bloke, how has your holidays been? Mine has been unbelievably inviting, of course. I'll be making my way to GuangZhou on friday and no doubt I'll ensure I splash myself wholely into the spirit of holiday-making. With the day rolling nearer, this excitement inside me is damn well swelling, gonna burst soon. Hah. Many thanks to Dad who has especially made the plans to suit my taste. A little prelude to what my travel itinerary offers : shopping, an essential in every vacation, and the thing that is the main driver to a fulfilling time there is going on a climb on the White Cloud mountain. How very dandy is that. One wonders what GuangZhou will hold out for me. Roasted pig, chicken or pork? Hahaha. Food remains the number one hot potato I guess. Hope finding a cosy, nice place for a meal after an exhausting day out will be made easy. Good food pipes one up. And probably I would be lugging home 2 travel baggage instead of 1. Because that means I'll be doing lots of shopping and getting way too much stuff for my luggage to accomodate. Yes, I'm gonna make sure Dad buys me infinite items and he won't restrict me to a budget. May luck be with me on this trip. For once, I'm flying overseas without sis and bro. You can bet how much I want them to be around. At least, when they're with me, we'll be yammering non-stop all day long. Lots to talk about, lot of fun times together. So Bro's packing off and away to NS tomorrow while Sis still has got attachment duty to attend to. Part and parcel of growing up, I think. People surrounding you just lose that 'magnetism' and go on their own ways, leading lives the way they want.

Will be sending off bro to Pulau Tekong tomorrow for his BMT stint. Mum keeps giving bro advices on how to take care of himself since last month despite her being an SAF officer and should understand that one ought to stand on one's feet and backbone one day. But nevertheless, that's what parents are there for - support. I find myself whenever Mum starts rattling off about tough NS days ahead, telling her that bro will come out a better and mature person - He'll near 21 soon after that. Naturally NS grills one's character question.

Anyway, a peek into life story again. Saw Amelia today in the MRT heading for SengKang with a few of my Primary School friends. Heheh. So I'm actually supposed to go out with the 3 of them - including Cheryl and Melissa - tomorrow, to bring Amelia to get the MaryJane bag. But assessing current conditions, this doesn't seem favourable since I've gotta be present for bro's send-off. So sorry mate, I'll bring you there next time! Or you can just walk around Far East with Cheryl and Melissa to look out for the bag. Just give me a ring if you encounter troubles locating the shop. And lastly, if anyone has any request to want me to help you purchase anything, mementoes or souvenirs for keepsake purposes, do inform me lar. I'll put in my best to get everyone a gift. If it's possible, that is. I haven't any idea what gifts and souvenirs GuangZhou provides. I'll nick some toothbrush sets from the airplane if I return home empty-handed for all. At least that serves as a souvenir right?

One evolves stronger amidst challenges.

You Are Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream

A classic and an original, no wonder everyone snakes your style!

A filler post. Matters concerning me sure churn out chocolatey results huh? Cool enough quiz to try out.

I'm so gonna get myself a new earplug. And probably a cheaper one too. Enhanced features most certainly don't work well for me, especially noise isolation ones. You see, earpieces that I've so far landed hands on simply surfaced problems within 3 months. Hahaha. I haven't got one with a good enough durability as of now. I tried Audio-technica some half a year back but the technology turned its back on me two months later. The reasons primarily it being a Japanese product and its claim of a year's guarantee! I'm not sure whether the warranty card works in Singapore but even if it does, who in the right mind would go to the manufacturer's establishment just to want them to compensate you for a earphone?

Feeling real unwell and I'm down with cough, a sore throat and blocked nose. All contributed by my foolish behaviour of not desisting those throat-burning food and of course for talking so much these days, going around the house and shouting greetings to everyone. No, not Christmas wishings. Just some conversational ones. But still, opening my mouth a time too many that my voice is trailing off.

Byes.
