Just came back from my weekly biking routine. My hands are now reddish in colour. hahas. guess i held onto the handle grip too tightly. anyway, while biking, saw 3 pre-teens or teenagers on their bikes too. one of them suddenly performed a ''stupid stunt'' on his bike and i was like,''hell, this person is dead cocky man.''
so so so, seeing how cocky he was, i was game to ''go against'' him but never did. i changed my mind as i thought i only came to bike for the fun and pleasure of it and not to be too ''action'' and spoil my day. and goddammit, that guy was doing a stunt while going up the hump. lols. no offence though. just thought that guy was way too arrogant. though i might misread him. hahas. =)
and just before i went on a spin on my beloved darling precious bike, i was reading through, what else, but online manga the whole morning. well, not every single second lar, of course i did stop for breaks between intervals. (i'm not inclined to reveal the name of the manga.... actually its not something that big a deal...)
and anyways, my sis recommended lots of anime shows for me to go through during the holidays like "Peach Girls, Bokura Ga Ita, Hunter X Hunter, Shaman King, etc", all the kinds of shows i'm not interested in. one reason is that after watching Prince of Tennis, my standard for anime show has risen one step up and to be 'consistent' and 'persistent' in watching those anime, i would like all the anime to be on par with Prince of Tennis. so far i have only found one, just one. hahas. and yea, the one anime i'm talking about now is the manga i'm currently reading. but still, Prince of Tennis will never be defeated. though my sis's friends said there are anime which they think are better than Prince of Tennis. since they are my sis's friends, i'll believe them lar. =) maybe it's just that i havent yet come across any anime better than Prince of Tennis.
ok, guess i gotta go read my English novel now.
till here then.

Help me fill in the blanks. Please. Briefly write down a short summary on life or what the perfect life would be like.
Mine goes like this :
A journey so short can be deemed too long. When the road becomes bumpy, people whine and sometimes their mind 'defunct' so much so that they resorted to ending their lives as if it was as easy as learning how to eat or say a word or two.
When words of encouragement poured in, they are often said in a such an optimistic manner and influenced you to change your thinking thus allowing you to pick yourself up and start focuing on a new paved path and not dwindle away your time bringing up on the past.
Like the saying goes : Easier said than done(there is actually a more precise statement regarding this phrase but i just kind of shorten it as i forgot how the saying goes) Now, i think when approaching certain issues or situations, rather than just mapped and planned out the series of events chronologically, it will be better to tackle it without much preparations and to act as to what your gut feelings or instincts tell you to do so. After the course of action has been done, then do you start ruminating about what you have done.
But waittt! After discovering where you went wrong and start blaming yourself for doing this and that wrongly, dont hold any regrets but applaud yourself for having carried out whatever needs to be done 'on impulse'. To actually do things without thorough thinking may seem harsh and 'unruly' and people will start mouthing you off as unorganised and whatever piece of shit. But I'm sure those people who think on the 'different side'(the ones who mouthed those 'harsh and unruly' people off) are plain cowards who shield themselves away from everything and start slamming others when they dont even bring up the person's Sense of Courage to tackle the problem uo for mention.
A long time ago, some months back, i saw a friend's, a P6 classmate of mine write a message that goes like this in her MSN personal message : (eh, its something like this, i only have a vague memory of it) "Memories fade away, but Scars remain"
Its completely true but if i were her, i wouldnt have written "Scars remain" down. At that time i was thinking " why 'scars remain'?" Did she mean to say she bore regrets over what she had done? alrights but maybe she holds a perspection which is wide apart from me. HAHAs. ^_^ but then whatever the reason, i dont think its a healthy thing to have regrets from the past, thought they surely teach you to learn from mistakes.
All i wanna highlight in this post is that there are many many instances when you encounter a difficulty in life, but life, is meant for us to approach problems in a rightful way and at the same time, enjoy what you have gained from experiences. Most importantly is that we dont look back and grumble.
Well, afterall, thats not life.

Had a brief look into the Toys 'r' us magazine which was included in today's issue of ST. Saw one particular Airbus A380 plane model, which had just landed for a so called flight landing preview at Changi Airport a few days ago.
"Taking a clean-sheet design for airlines’ operational needs of tomorrow, Airbus developed the A380 as the most spacious and efficient airliner ever conceived. This 555-seat aircraft will deliver an unparalleled level of comfort while retaining all the benefits of commonality with Airbus’ other fly-by-wire aircraft Families.
Thirty years after launching the world’s first twin-aisle, twin-engine jetliner, Airbus is preparing to introduce its A380 as the first true double-deck passenger airliner for the long-range market. The A380 offers unprecedented levels of productivity, efficiency and economics in passenger service, while the A380-800F cargo version is to be the first commercial freighter with three full cargo decks."
A somewhat detailed description of the Airbus newly introduced plane. (you can forget about this if you're not interested), which i extracted from an Airbus webpage that consists of all the Airbus related planes products.
Anyways, before i knew that this Airbus A380 can accomodate a maximum, (if i have not misled the quotation of the extract or the newspaper) of 555 passengers i was kinda taken aback. This would mean that a normal plane that are currently in operation in airports globally now can only sit around 100 to 400 passengers, including budget air travel. Now, this new arrival product is really, if not, indeed something. From what i can see, I think that Airbus latest design A380 has the interests of the passengers at heart, considering the fact of the many newly-introduced functions.
Hang on, i'll just upload a few or say one picture of the Airbus A380 i'm talking about or on a wider and more 'international' basis, the world is all looking forward and eyeing for a ride in it that has stirred a number of talks like when the aircraft recently stopped by Singapore for the first test flight in Asia.
Seems like this particular carrier is turning heads on. That makes me even want to get a model of this plane!
Right, back to my personal life now.
My daily routine is now being circled by English novels, Japanese Manga, sometimes anime. lols. Anyway i guess i had better take full opportunity to enjoy this long holiday vacation to the fullest. =)
thats all.

Headed out with Amelia, Cheryl, Marven, Angsiang, and Kenneth today. Had some plans to visit Escape theme park but found out that it was closed until 18 November when the 2006 school holidays officially start.
Made our way to Vivo City. It wasn't that large a shopping mall i guess. Bought 2 bars of chocolates at Candy Empire. Not that bad. I give it a rating of 6.9/10 for the chocolates. Our next destination was the rooftop where we went around the so-called pool thingy or sauna to me. The guys then went off to play in the arcade.
so so so, we lunched at Macdonalds. Went ship-sighting with Amelia. Kinda intriguing and relaxing.
after which, boarded the MRT ride all the way to Kovan station and played ten-pin bowling. was fun. angsiang and I got a total of 71 marks. Not bad for an amateur. hahs. and yea, must thank angsiang 's skills for allowing us to win in the end. I fair pretty badly after the first few takes.
thats all.

seems like the heavy downpour aint coming to a stop. *yawns.
indeed, when it pours, it pours.
had some plans to go out with my cousin today but the rain came gushing down while i was taking my afternoon nap. another spoilt saturday. >.<
hey but wait! i still see some glimmer of hope!!!!!! theres still the Evening!
anyways, i went down to Causeway point yesterday. rented the book 'The Passenger'. Headed to Comics Connections with friggin high hopes on finding Prince of Tennis stuffies. yet another wasted trip. yea, although the store shelves more and better POT stuff, it kinda doesnt catch my attention. i saw this particular Ryoma Echizen keychain, a dead tiny one that cost $3.90. on the other hand, theres another of Ryoma keychain which is also the same price that i mentioned earlier. intially, i had wanted the tiny keychain of Ryoma, but then i thought,"$3.90 for such a small thingy. most importantly, nobody will see it since it's so tiny."
what i like about the other ryoma keychain is that hes wearing Seigaku school uniform and not Seigaku Tennis Club jacket and pants! Seigaku uniform rocks, by the way. but the so called workmanship of Ryoma's face is a bit out of shape and you cant immediately recognise he IS Ryoma at first glimpse.so the 2 are out.
displayed 'prominently' inside the glass cabinet are 5 figures belonging to the POT characters. there are Ryoma, of course, Tezuka, Oishi (his hair is a bit different from anime), Fuji the PRODIGY and lovely guy (i couldnt even make out who he was until i saw his japanese name, its written in Nihongo, so i guess my Nihongo is one step up again!) and finally, KIKUMARU EIJI!!! and goddammit, they painted EIJI's hair WHITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how could they??!! after all, he isnt an old hag, ok! wanted to find out the pricing for all, if not each of the 5 figures but soon dumped away that thought as i guess i would not be buying . again, this time round, the workmanship is the centre of the problem. if not, i would be leaving home with the PRINCE OF TENNIS figurine. oh damn.
i have finished watching POT anime earlier or 2 weeks ago. 178 episodes to be more precise. there are a total of 7 more OVAs which will feature the battle of Seigaku Tennis Club in the Nationals. i have 2 more to catch. because of these 2 episodes, i am still languishing in mid air yearning to it all. though i'm hoping i can finsh POT ASAP, the other side of me hope that POT will have more episodes and not end that fast. i dont want POT to vanish away from my life. thats for one reason. and yea, i hadnt cited the reaon for why i havent yet catch the 2 remaining episodes, they were not dubbed with English subtitles man. i cant catch what they are saying. halfway through the episode, i gave up thinking it's kinda meaningless watching an anime not knowing what they are saying. not knowing what they are saying means i am clueless towards lots of things that link from an event to another or their purpose in doing a particular thing. lols.
this post is all on Prince of Tennis.
Now, take a breath, close your eyes, hey, suck in the air as much as you can! eh, move your joints, limbs, etc. then, now time for the real thing! strut your stuff lar.
Hit the 'Refresh' button on the upper bar and read my post again and again! if you're bored, that is.

alrights. past few days have been the same. i'm going insane because of the lack of activity and programmes that are supposed to be occurring by now. i'm cooped up at home, reading newspapers, watching anime and almost nothing else. no difference from being suffocated.
John Grisham 'The Brethren' was not as exactly interesting and entertaining as i thought it would be. hell, by the time i reached page 104, my mind started to 'deform'. to cut it short, the story is all about 3 ex-lawyers, or so i think, yea, they were former judges who were convicted for certain crimes, and sent to do their time in the FLorida federal prison. as you know, troubles and conflicts always await us instead of we awaiting them, the same thing happens in the prison cell, lar. so the 3 ex-judges also played as judges in the prison cell, posing as judges, lar. hell, i'm repeating the line. hahas.they helped solve any bad blood or accusations between the inmates there and whatsoever. of course, there were the accused and the plaintiff. they were what you called, unlicensed judges whose status have been stripped off. but inside the prison, they thought of a really marvelous way of making quick and easy cash. they posted ads in the mags and so on, introducing themselves as guys in their blah blah age, looking for mates. the mates here refers to men. so that means they were making money posing as Gays, lar. in order to do that, they needa have a lawyer from outside the prison to do the transition for them. and in return, they provide 'services' for the men who saw the ads and contact them. but the 3 former judges had no intention of providing such services as their motive is to con the money from the gays or guys or whatever first. so they would request money from them and ask them to transfer money to whosoever account or send them threats. their targets are usually hmm, from well-to-do families. so they threatened to tell their families about what happened if they dont hand over some money to them.
ok so far, i have only covered the 3 judges part. theres also the part on the debauch politics and whatsoever which i'm not inclined to elaborate as the plot is kinda complicated and confusing.
anyway, i ate strawberry fresh cake in the morning, with the strawberry of course. thats all. i can feel my eyelids closing in anytime. looks like i'm about to doze off soon.
till here then.
